Mission: To safeguard the health of low-income women, infants, and children up to age 5 who are at nutrition risk by providing nutritious foods to supplement diets, information on healthy eating, and referrals to health care.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Women: Pregnant, Postpartum (up to 6 months after birth of the infant),Breastfeeding (up to the infants first birthday)
- Infants: Up to the infants first birthday
- Children: Up to the child's first birthday
--> Live in the state in which they apply
--> Have income at or below an income level or standard set by the State agency
--> Be seen by a health professional who determines whether the individual is at nutrition risk

Prior to researching this topic I was unaware there were so many. It is great to see all of these resources that are available Weaknesses The one major weakness was that fact that a lot of these services were not located in the township of Brookfield.
